Abstract: iData40 aims to advance the Enforma Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Analytics Platform to the next level, enhancing its capabilities to connect with IoT edge nodes, perform data acquisition, process digital signals, and conduct advanced analytics and AI. This fully cloud-based platform integrates digital twin models and addresses key industry challenges such as predictive maintenance, resource and energy efficiency, and decision support systems. iData40’s innovative solution offers AI capabilities, a self-service flow design and visualization dashboard, easy integration with traditional manufacturing systems, cloud vendor compatibility, and extensible third-party APIs. The project seeks to elevate the platform from Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5 to TRL 7 within 9 months, by introducing new features, enhancing existing ones, and validating the platform in collaboration with PlusClouds, Isuzu Automotive, and Kocaer Steel in an operational environment.
