Abstract: OPTIA is a process optimization solution designed to enhance the manufacturing processes of woodworking tool producers and similar industries by increasing transparency and enabling active intervention in ongoing processes. This solution aims to reduce expenses and boost productivity through automatic data retrieval and real-time processing tailored to company management needs. Key benefits include increased efficiency, real-time production monitoring, predictive maintenance, and improved resource utilization.

The current development level (TRL 8) features comprehensive data collection, real-time cost optimization, production tracking, stock management, financial accounting, and business intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities using “OLAP cubes” for data analysis. To reach TRL 9, further integration with production data collection, cost center identification, and BI platform configuration are required. The innovation of OPTIA lies in its applicability across various industries, facilitating order management, raw material optimization, and production launch, thus benefiting approximately 65% of companies in sectors like FMCG, processing, and services.
