Abstract: Unforeseen stops of machines in the textile industry can be solved with a maintenance plan that anticipates these situations. The aim of this proposal is to implement a trusted system in a Turkish textile plant based on the advanced analysis of secure data obtained from Industrial IoT devices and blockchain technology. This AI system will allow the design of a predictive maintenance plan to detect failure patterns and generate alerts to make well-informed decisions and minimize economic losses.
