Abstract: VCG.AI optimizes resource utilization and sustainability for manufacturing companies by centralizing the overview of material streams and providing circular solutions. Companies often lack a comprehensive view of their manufacturing material streams and the expertise to implement circular reuse models. VCG.AI addresses this by integrating data from business databases and manual inputs to identify local partners and technologies for resource optimization and side stream valorization. 

Developed from TRL6 to TRL7+/TRL8, VCG.AI enhances resource efficiency and circularity by connecting companies to a vast network, facilitating targeted searches for circular processes, technologies, and partnerships. This accelerates the development of circular business models, improving production efficiency, profitability, and sustainability reporting. Targeting the European bio-based industries, particularly the food and beverage processing sector, VCG.AI uses advanced AI algorithms for precise matching based on supply and demand, leveraging a proprietary database of circular models and technologies. Within the Mind4Machines project, VCG.AI is developing models for the brewery sector, promoting cross-regional and cross-sectoral collaborations. The platform enriches its dataset using unsupervised learning to classify companies and improve result interpretability, even with minimal available data.
